Cancellation Policy

24 Hours advance notice is required for cancellations and re-scheduling. If this is not adhered to, 50% of the 
booked treatment fee may be charged.

Please take note:

In a spirit of mutual respect to us and our other clients we kindly request punctuality. Late arrival will result in
either a reduction in the service or us not being able to honour your appointment at all.

Bella Bleu Hair & Beauty Salon only use professional products. Products purchased at Bella Bleu Hair & Beauty Salon is non - refundable.

We accept cash and all major credit cards EXCEPT American Express and Diners Club. Cheques are NOT accepted.

In a spirit if mutual respect we kindly request punctuality. Late arrival will result in a reduction of treatment 
time whilst the full treatment fee will apply. Kindly arrive 5 minutes prior to your first scheduled 
treatment (s) time to complete a consultation form in order to ensure you receive a treatment suited to your 
needs.

Gratuities are not included in the treatment price. It is at your discretion to add a gratuity which is commonly between 10% - 20%.

whilst you are on the Salon premises.
